The MPO-24 multimode breakout cable converts an MPO connector to 12x LC duplex connectors, providing a cost-effective high-density cabling solution for scenarios where rack space saving and cable management is in concern. This 24 fibers MPO to 12 LC OM3 multimode breakout cable is commonly used for data rata conversion, such as splitting a single high-speed link (like a 100G CPAK transceiver) into multiple 10G channels, which are then routed to individual LC SFP+ transceivers.
