FT-800G-O2OSFP-AExM is an 800G OSFP finned top to 2x 400G OSFP flat top active electrical cable (AEC) with pull-to-release slide latch design.  It is comprised of sixteen differential copper pairs, providing eight data transmission channels at speeds up to 106.25Gbps (PAM4) per channel. The AEC cable achieves 800 to 2x400Gbps signal conversion through 8 channels 100G-PAM4 to dual 4x100G-PAM4 signals for transmission, and it is backward compatible to 53.125Gbps (PAM4) and 25.78125Gbps (NRZ) operating modes.

 

Available in a broad range of wire gages-from 26AWG to 34AWG, this 800G copper cable assembly features low insertion loss. The 800G OSFP AEC breakout cable supports both 800G Ethernet and InfiniBand Next Data Rate (NDR) systems, is ideal for rack-to-rack connectivity scenarios such as between router, server, storage, and switch.
