The NVIDIA/Mellanox MCA4K00 compatible OSFP224 ACC is a 1600Gb/s (Twin-port 2x800Gb/s) RHS/Flat Top Active DAC cable. The RHS to RHS (Riding Heat Sink) flat top structure is ideal for used in liquid-cooled environments. Its main application is linking two 1600Gb/s RHS NVL5 switches or two 800Gb/s RHS HCAs together up to 1.1 meters.
The 1.6T OSFP224 ACC cable contains 8x high-speed electrical copper pairs, with each operating at a data rate up to 200Gb/s. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation at 4-channels (PAM4) modulation, its electrical configuration is based on 8-channels of 200G-PAM4. F-tone manufactured 1.6T direct attach copper cables enable per port higher bandwidth, density and configurability, data center interconnectivity at a cost-effective price and lower power requirement.
