NVIDIA InfiniBand MMS4X50-NM Compatible 2x 400G FR4 OSFP 800G transceiver module supports a max data rate of 850Gbps. It enables the fiber link of 2km over single-mode fiber (SMF) with dual LC duplex connectors. The 800 Gigabit Ethernet signal is carried over 4 wavelengths at 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm. F-tone manufactured  2x 400GBASE FR4 OSFP complies with IEEE 802.3cu-2021, IEEE P802.3ck D3.0, OSFP MSA HW Rev 4.1, CMIS Rev 5.0. DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 800G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the FR4 OSFP achieves 800 Gigabit Ethernet through 8x 106.25 PAM4 Retimed 2x400GAUI-4 C2M electrical interface.

 

The 800G FR4 OSFP supports Infiniband (IB) and Ethernet (EN) protocols. With a finned top design, the OSFP-IHS is used to link Quantum-2 InfiniBand or Spectrum-4 Ethernet air-cooled switches together. F-tone NVIDIA InfiniBand compatible optics are 100% tested in NVIDIA InfiniBand host devices, ideal for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems.
