The NVIDIA/Mellanox MMS1X00-NS400 Compatible 400GBASE-DR4 QSFP112 transceiver module supports a max data rate of 425Gbps. It enables the fiber link of 500m over MMF with MPO-12 APC connectors. F-tone manufactured  400GBASE-DR4 QSFP112 complies with QSFP112 MSA Specification Rev2.0, IEEE 802.3ck and CMIS Rev5.0. DDM function is supported on the 400G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the DR4 QSFP112 achieves 400 Gigabit Ethernet through 4x 106.25 PAM4 Retimed 400GAUI-4 C2M electrical interface. The 400G DR4 QSFP112 is widely used for 400 gigabit Ethernet, 800G to 2x 400GBASE-DR4 breakout, data center and InfiniBand NDR applications.
